This Privacy Policy applies to the family-claw SMS software application. family-claw is an invite-only application-to-person messaging service: a hosted software agent that receives inbound SMS from registered users (numbers provisioned by the operator) and returns automated replies. Texting an opt-in keyword without a prior invitation does not create an account.
Required mobile / SMS disclosure
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone numbers of invited / registered users (provisioned by the operator)
- SMS message content exchanged with the family-claw application
- Opt-in and opt-out status for messaging consent
We use this information only to operate the family-claw application (process requests, generate automated replies, and honor STOP/HELP).
SMS program disclosures
Access is invite only. The operator registers your mobile number before you may enroll in SMS.
You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
After registration, opt in with:
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers. We do not share mobile opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties, affiliates, partners, or other brands for marketing or promotional purposes.
