These Terms govern the family-claw SMS software application operated by Mark DeBartolo.

1. Who sends, who receives, why (A2P)

Sender / application: The family-claw software application sends automated SMS replies from (732) 889-3437. Messages are generated by the application (an OpenClaw agent gateway with connected tools), not typed manually as person-to-person chat.

Recipients: Invite-only registered users whose numbers were provisioned by the operator and who then opted in by keyword.

Why: When a registered user texts a request, the application returns an automated reply (calendar summaries, email search, etc.). This is A2P messaging — not marketing, affiliate messaging, lead generation, open public signup, or P2P chat.

2. Invite-only access

Invite only. Mark DeBartolo invites users and registers their mobile numbers. The public cannot self-create an account by texting the program number. Request an invitation at markadebartolo@gmail.com.

3. SMS consent is separate

Agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in SMS. After your number is registered, you must text an opt-in keyword to (732) 889-3437.

4. Opt-in (registered numbers only)

From a number the operator has already registered, text:

5. Opt-out and help

STOPReply STOP to cancel. After STOP you will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin (registered numbers only).

6. Frequency and rates

You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
